SAP Concur Launches Request Assistant to Streamline Trip Approvals with Generative AI

In March 2024 SAP Concur added Request Assistant to Concur Request, using generative AI to provide cost estimates for business trips based on trip duration, destination, and services, as well as user preferences such as flight class, number of connections, and hotel ratings.
