Ministry of Culture and Tourism Issues Notice on 15th Five-Year Cultural Industry Plan
On 16 September 2026, China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued a notice on the 15th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Industry Development, addressed to provincial culture and tourism departments, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps' culture, sports, radio, television and tourism bureau, the ministry's departments and affiliated units, and the National Cultural Heritage Administration.
