Brazil's ANAC Opens Consultation on Type Design Modification Classification
Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) has opened Sectoral Consultation No. 9/SAR/2026 for comments on the proposed Supplementary Instruction IS 21.93-001A, which addresses classification criteria for type design modifications. Contributions are due by October 5, 2026, with a webinar on September 9.
