Three Gorges Tourism Affiliate Wins 112 Million Yuan Cruise Construction Project
On August 14, Three Gorges Tourism disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary publicly tendered for themed cruise and micro-vacation cruise construction projects, both won by related party Yichang Xinhui Shipbuilding, totaling approximately 112 million yuan, constituting a related-party transaction.
