Shaanxi launches law enforcement inspection on Tourism Law and provincial regulations

On September 2, the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress launched an inspection on the implementation of the Tourism Law and Shaanxi Tourism Regulations. The inspection will cover four cities (Xi'an, Hanzhong, Ankang, Shangluo) on-site, and entrust six other city-level people's congresses. Eight key aspects will be checked, including institutional mechanisms, protection of tourists' rights, market order, and safety guarantees.
