China's Meteorological Data Management Measures Take Effect 1 November
The China Meteorological Administration released the Meteorological Data Management Measures, effective 1 November. The measures establish rules covering data supply, circulation and use, security safeguards and supervision, implementing the 15th Five-Year Plan for national meteorological development and building a framework for the submission, management and application of cross-sphere Earth system data around an Earth system data platform.
