State Council Briefing: Encouraging Farmers to Organize 'Village' Sports and Cultural Events

On September 29, the State Council Information Office held a briefing on the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Mardan Mugaiti said the ministry will encourage farmers to organize 'village' events such as village football, village dance, village running, and village singing, promoting healthy development of mass rural sports and cultural activities. The ministry will also advance the 'Art Enriches Villages' initiative, cultivate the 'Earth's Splendor' cultural brand, and strengthen local cultural talent teams.
