Citing the 2025 CFO Insights global survey, it says IT leaders' main observed AI benefits include increased operational efficiency (46%), better data insights and analytics (42%), and improved decision-making (38%). On cybersecurity, 71% of IT leaders feel 'somewhat prepared' to respond to increased cyberattack risk, while only 26% say they are 'very prepared'; 43% rank phishing and social engineering attacks as a top-three vulnerability.
