RealVoice launches TripBeast AI voice booking agent

On October 1, 2026, RealVoice Travel Group announced at VRMA 26 the commercial launch of its TripBeast Voice Agent. According to Hospitality Technology, the agent can complete real-time inventory queries, date negotiation and bookings 24/7 in natural conversation, and sends a PCI-compliant SMS payment link to the caller's phone during the call; it supports real-time processing in more than 90 languages, and through sentiment analysis and intent recognition, automatically transfers to a human agent when a guest shows dissatisfaction, requests a booking modification, or asks about unverified account information.
