Fullstory Releases 2026 Digital Benchmark Report

On October 6, 2026, Hospitality Technology reported that Fullstory released its 2026 Digital Benchmark Report, analyzing 18.7 billion digital sessions from more than 2,600 global organizations, including dedicated metrics for travel direct booking channels. The report shows technical error clicks on travel websites fell 21% and post-error exits fell 41%, but unresponsive clicks on mobile surged 83%, rage clicks fell only 2.5%, session duration increased 62% year over year while active engagement fell 3.5%.
