On October 13, 2026, TravelDaily China reported that at the roundtable forum of the 2026 Global Travel News Business Travel Digitalization Summit, travel heads from Hainan Airlines, Hertz International Car Rental and Lenovo Group pointed out that post-00s employees are reshaping business travel rules as "users and decision-makers": when choosing flights they place more emphasis on wide-body aircraft, 787s and WiFi-equipped aircraft; when flight changes occur they prioritize checking the APP for automatic protection rather than contacting customer service; and they are willing to pay for WiFi. Lenovo has adjusted the OBT online booking experience and given employees autonomous floating room on top of the lowest price, while Hainan Airlines has handed 80% of flight change notifications and protection to system robots.
