On November 6, 2026, TravelDaily China reported that Hampton by Hilton 6.0 partnered with TCL to deploy the TCL AI Super Picture Quality TV G91K as an AI interaction entry point in guest rooms at the Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Qianhai hotel. When a guest says "send two bottles of water," a service order is generated and dispatched to a delivery robot for execution. The solution features more than 1,200 voice intent skills, a user intent satisfaction rate of over 93.8%, and supports escalation of exceptions to work orders or manual follow-up by the front desk. The report also stated that TCL has cumulatively served more than 31,000 hotels, with a 33.2% market share in hotel TVs, ranking first in the Chinese market.
