SiteMinder links hotel inventory to AI booking channels via MCP

SiteMinder is connecting its hotel distribution platform to AI booking channels using Model Context Protocol (MCP). On the supplier-direct side, it is extending Demand Plus beyond metasearch into AI environments like ChatGPT and Claude, with DirectBooker as the first partner. On the intermediary side, Channels Plus supports AI-enabled platforms. SiteMinder aims to provide the infrastructure layer connecting live hotel rates to AI platforms, ensuring hotels are present and bookable at every new point of discovery.
