Ixigo Acquires Majority Stake in Brevistay to Expand Hotel Business

Indian online travel platform Ixigo agreed to acquire a 54.66% stake in Brevistay for about $6.9 million, making it a subsidiary. Brevistay specializes in flexible-duration hotel stays, and the combined network will include over 10,000 directly contracted hotels.
