According to IDC, SAP retained the #1 position with 49.6% market share in Travel and Expense Management Software in 2023, up from 49.4% in 2022. Global business travel spending is projected to reach a record $1.48 trillion by end of 2024. SAP Concur processed over 1 billion expense line items in the past year.
