Ashford Hospitality Trust Sells Hyatt Regency Long Island for $26.5M

A subsidiary of Ashford Hospitality Trust has sold the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge, New York, for $26.5 million in cash. The transaction closed on July 31 and is part of Ashford's ongoing asset disposition strategy. Earlier, Ashford sold five hotels in Q1, generating combined gross proceeds of $238.5 million. This sale is part of a six-hotel deal totaling $156.4 million.
