Mews partners with Uber to bring ride booking into hotel operations

Mews is partnering with Uber to integrate ride booking into its hospitality operating system, enabling hotels to arrange, track, and bill transportation directly through the Mews platform. The partnership aims to reduce manual front-desk processes and provide real-time trip tracking and billing tied to the guest folio through Mews Payments. The integration will support both staff-initiated and guest-initiated bookings and can be used for employee transportation. A pilot is expected later this year.
