China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism Issues 15th Five-Year Plan for Culture and Tourism

China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism has issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for Culture and Tourism Development, targeting deeper progress toward a culture and tourism powerhouse by 2030, with domestic trips reaching 8.3 billion, inbound trips 190 million, and average annual public cultural facility visits per resident 3.5. The plan deploys eight key tasks including artistic creation, cultural heritage protection, public services, industry development, market regulation, technology empowerment, exchanges and cooperation, and regional-urban-rural coordination, supported by 54 key projects.
