Malaysia Airlines Launches Shenzhen Themed Train to Promote Shenzhen-Kuala Lumpur Route

Malaysia Airlines launched a Shenzhen themed train on Shenzhen Metro Line 11 (Airport Express), with mascot 'Captain Pike' interacting with passengers and giving limited-edition dolls to 288 passengers; the campaign runs until 5 October. Malaysia Airlines began daily direct Shenzhen-Kuala Lumpur flights on 2 July, operated by Boeing 737-8 aircraft with 12 business and 162 economy seats. Combined with its Guangzhou and Hong Kong points, the airline offers Greater Bay Area travellers four daily flights to Kuala Lumpur, connecting via the Kuala Lumpur hub to over 70 destinations in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
