Danish startup Opally offers an AI receptionist platform that handles guest communication across email, chat, voice, WhatsApp, and social media, integrating with PMS systems including Mews, Apaleo, and Oracle Opera Cloud. It has grown to more than 50 hotels across five European countries in less than a year, targeting independent and boutique hotels.
