Lake.com has launched an annual subscription model for short-term rental hosts and property managers, offering an alternative to commission-based bookings. The tiers are Premium ($499/year) and Portfolio ($3,999/year), providing commission-free booking and direct-booking capability. The company previously raised $2.6 million in pre-seed funding. CEO noted the direct booking movement prompted the platform to offer more flexibility.
