Guangzhou Zhengjia Maofeng Bay Resort to Invest 4 Billion Yuan

On August 10, Zhengjia Group disclosed plans for Maofeng Bay Resort. Located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, the project involves a total investment of 4 billion yuan, covering 630 mu, themed 'Five Thousand Years of China', with nine core venues, two hotels, and over 80 outdoor businesses. The first phase is expected to operate by end of 2027.
