First Chair bets on former Vacasa ski and coastal properties for new venture

First Chair Destinations has launched as a hospitality brand focused on vacation rentals in mountain and beach destinations. Its debut portfolio includes approximately 3,500 homes acquired from Casago, previously managed by Vacasa. Founded by former Wyndham and Vacasa executives, it emphasizes local operations and destination-specific hospitality, targeting ski and coastal markets.
