Future of Business Travel: Travelers Expect Safety and Flexibility

Wakefield Research surveyed 4,850 business travelers. 41% expect temperature screenings to be routine, 29% prioritize shortest routes, 21% hope to skip major hubs, 37% will limit public transportation, and 29% will use personal vehicles. 96% want safety measures in place, and 94% want company-provided training.
