RateGain, NYU and HEDNA Report Highlights AI ROI Deficit

RateGain, the NYU SPS Tisch Center of Hospitality and HEDNA released The State of Distribution 2026 report, analyzing operational and commercial tech data across 270 hotel brands and 58,000+ properties to evaluate AI adoption, reporting efficiency and distribution performance.
