S4BT adds HotelHub to deliver integrated corporate hotel offering for TMCs

Solutions for Business Travel (S4BT) has acquired Travel Centric Technology, the parent company of London-based HotelHub, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition enhances S4BT's technological capabilities, expands its engagement across major travel markets, and broadens its global footprint, particularly into the UK. HotelHub will enable S4BT to deliver a fully integrated corporate hotel offering to TMCs. HotelHub becomes the eighth corporate travel brand in S4BT's portfolio.
