China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism issues 15th Five-Year Plan for culture and tourism

China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for Culture and Tourism Development, targeting deeper progress toward a culture and tourism powerhouse by 2030, with 8.3 billion domestic trips, 190 million inbound trips, and 3.5 annual per-capita uses of public cultural facilities. The plan covers eight priority areas including artistic creation, cultural heritage protection, public services, industry development, market regulation, technology, exchanges, and regional coordination, supported by 54 key projects.
