Brazil ANAC Opens Public Consultation on Sport Pilot Training Rule Amendments

Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) opened a public consultation on proposed amendments to two Brazilian civil aviation regulations, RBAC No. 141 and RBAC No. 183. Under RBAC 141, the proposal would make permanent the currently temporary authorization for Civil Aviation Training Centers (CIACs) to use experimental aircraft in courses leading to the Sport Pilot Certificate (CPA). Under RBAC 183, the proposal would align the requirements for association examiners with those required of CIAC examiners.
