Wynn and Boston Encore striking unions reach agreement

On the evening of November 5, 2026, members of the striking unions Unite Here Local 26 and Teamsters Local 25 at Wynn Resorts' Encore Boston Harbor in Boston approved a new collective bargaining agreement; the terms were not disclosed. The next day (November 6), Wynn announced that it had reached an agreement with the unions, and on the same day it published its third-quarter 2026 results: operating revenue and adjusted property EBITDAR declined year over year, while Las Vegas RevPAR and ADR both rose 3% year over year.
