Finnair Expands Offer-and-Order NDC to Agency Sales Tool Pilot

Finnair announced it has expanded its offer-and-order-based New Distribution Capability solution to its Finnair Agency Sales Tool pilot platform, provided by TPConnects. Agency customers will have access to Finnair's current bundled product—combined seat selection plus Wi-Fi—for bookings on the platform as part of native offer-and-order flows. Finnair introduced its first "native order" in May 2025 with Amadeus' Nevio technology, and in September 2025 offered its first ancillary bundle for customers booking on its website or mobile app. The carrier said it would introduce additional seat-related combos beyond bundling Wi-Fi in upcoming releases.
