MGM Tech Leader to Share System Upgrades and AI Lessons at Hotel Technology Forum

Hospitality Technology reports that Hemant Salvi, senior vice president of gaming, commercial and data technology at MGM Resorts International, will speak in an opening-day fireside chat at this year's Hotel Technology Forum (Nov. 17-19 at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas). He will share what MGM has learned replacing core enterprise systems while properties operate at full capacity, and the practical realities of testing artificial intelligence in food and beverage operations, including real guest reactions to recent pilots and which tools earned a permanent place. Salvi brings 25 years of engineering leadership and has managed global teams of more than 250 engineers and product developers.
