Qingdao's cultural and tourism public services are in the process of quality improvement

Qingdao is advancing the quality improvement of cultural and tourism public services under the concept of host-guest sharing. It has added multiple cultural and tourism service points at transportation hubs and popular tourist areas, and improved supporting facilities such as scenic area parking lots and tourist toilets. The city has built more than 200 library branches, and the total number of urban reading rooms has exceeded 100. The "Cloud Tour Qingdao" smart cultural and tourism platform has 22 functional modules, and its WeChat mini-program provides one-stop travel services. Qingdao has also established a management system of "advance guarantee, in-process service, and post-event closed loop," with tourism-related complaints subject to a 24-hour duty system and a first-receiving, first-handling responsibility system.
