• Tickets should be purchased only through official channels or legitimate ticketing platforms.
• Before travel, check flight status, check-in times and security rules via airline or airport official apps, websites or hotlines.
• Lost, expired or forgotten ID cards can be handled via the WeChat/Alipay temporary flight certificate mini-programme or airport police certificate counters.
• Lighters and flammable or explosive items are banned; power banks must comply with rules and carry the 3C mark, and power banks and lithium batteries may only be carried in cabin baggage, never checked, and must not be used in flight.
• Travellers carrying unmanned aircraft and their core components into or transiting Beijing must check transport requirements in advance.
• For delays, cancellations or diversions, refunds and changes should be handled lawfully and rationally; occupying check-in counters, security lanes or boarding gates, or forcing boarding or seizing aircraft, is prohibited.
• Seat-grabbing, seat-hogging, smoking (including e-cigarettes), causing disturbances, improper use of electronic devices and opening emergency exits are prohibited.
• Airlines will not ask for bank card numbers, SMS verification codes, transfers, downloads of unknown apps or screen sharing under the pretext of delays, refunds, baggage anomalies or points redemption.
