Travelport exchange API adds do-not-net option for residual taxes

Travelport's TripServices Flights API release Exchange Air Order 26.11.27W adds a do-not-net option for BSP markets. When an exchange results in additional base fare but refundable taxes, the default is to net the additional base fare with the refundable taxes; to override the default, send PricingModifiersAirChange/doNotNet=true in the Exchange Search request. This feature applies to GDS only.
