IHG signs landmark 14-hotel portfolio deal in Japan

IHG signed a landmark portfolio deal with GCP Hospitality for 14 hotels in Kyoto totaling 1,063 rooms, including 12 Garner hotels, one Holiday Inn Express, and one unbranded hotel. All will be converted and open in phases over the next 12 months, marking one of Japan's largest conversion deals in recent years.
