With AI at its core, Complete aims to combine booking, servicing, payments, and expensing into one experience. It will integrate the Amex GBT marketplace, covering 600+ airlines and 2 million+ properties, into the SAP Concur technology stack. Concur Expense will also integrate with Amex GBT Egencia.
