Qunar: Mid-Autumn 'autumn-chasing' routes bookings up 1.8x week-on-week

Citing Qunar data, Pinchain Tourism reports that the 2026 three-day Mid-Autumn holiday, separated from National Day by only three working days, drove long-haul and outbound demand as travellers combined leave into a 13-day break. Bookings for 'autumn-chasing' routes rose 1.8x week-on-week and night-tour products doubled year-on-year, with Chinese-style parks overtaking international IP parks and Jiangxi's Gexiancun ranking as the hottest attraction.
