    Hospitality M&A in H1 2026: Deal Value Surges, Volume Falls

    Trinity Investments sells Grande Lakes Orlando Resort for $1.38B

    Trinity Investments has agreed to sell the 409-acre Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida to Ryman Hospitality Partners for $1.38 billion. The resort includes a 582-key Ritz-Carlton and a 1,010-key JW Marriott, with the deal expected to close in Q3 and described as the 'largest non-gaming U.S. resort transaction on record.' This is Trinity's third disposition in 15 months.
