SAP Concur announced the 2025 Innovation Award winners at Fusion 2025, including L'Oréal Groupe, Weatherford, UST, Coca-Cola, E.ON, and Mayekawa. L'Oréal Groupe automated user provisioning between HR and expense systems using SAP BTP, reducing data integration time from 48 hours to 4 hours. Weatherford increased monthly expense reports from 1,300 to over 4,500, saving more than $17 per report and reducing T&E operation costs by 26%. Mayekawa reduced its finance team's annual workload by over 12,000 hours. Amex GBT became the first TMC to offer content through the Hotel Connector on the new Concur Travel platform.
