140th Canton Fair Opens Oct 15, Marking 70th Anniversary

At a Sept 18 State Council Information Office briefing, officials said the 140th Canton Fair will run in three phases in Guangzhou from Oct 15 to Nov 4, marking the event's 70th anniversary.
