OAG Appoints Ex-Skyscanner Executive Filip Filipov as CEO

OAG announced the appointment of Filip Filipov, its current Chief Operating Officer and a former Skyscanner executive, as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Phil Callow, who steps down after thirteen years at the helm. Filipov joined OAG in 2024 and will lead the company into a new era defined by advanced data products and AI-driven intelligence. Chairman Gehan Talwatte said the appointment reflects strong succession planning and a commitment to stability, continuity, and sustained growth. Phil Callow will support the transition during the first quarter of 2026 and thereafter become an Advisor to the Board.
