迈点研究院发布2026年十大热门县域酒店市场供需分析报告，样本包括平潭、安吉、婺源、阳朔、兴义、伊宁、平遥、黟县、九寨沟、建水。截至2026年9月，十县样本酒店约15760家、客房约44.3万间；2024年以来累计新开4470家，占现有总量28.4%，其中2026年至今新开1286家，约为2025年全年的1.6倍。供给呈“东稳西进”特征，伊宁、兴义、九寨沟新开占比接近或超过20%。经济型酒店占比约75.4%，中端及以上仅约24.6%。

Upscale hotel orders in county towns reached 23% share, and booking demand near universities grew significantly in late August.

According to Meadin Research, as of July 2026, Zhejiang province has 1,790 chain hotels in county areas, with 208,869 rooms and an average of 117 rooms per hotel. The top 10 counties account for 46.1% of supply, led by Cixi with 101 hotels. Changxing, despite only 66 hotels, has 25,040 rooms, leading in average property size.
