Amadeus signs global strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services

Amadeus has entered a global strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to accelerate travel technology transformation. The initial focus is on Amadeus Nevio implementation, with TCS supporting development of the Nevio Service Center customer service interface, using AI to improve first contact resolution and reduce handling time and cost. The partnership will expand across airlines, hospitality, airports, payments, and distribution.
