The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has updated its travel advice for Togo, now advising against all travel to within 30km of the border with Burkina Faso, except for the city of Dapaong and the N1 highway leading to it from the south. The FCDO also advises against all but essential travel to the rest of the Savanes Region. The advice notes that travel insurance may be invalidated if travel goes against FCDO guidance.
