Lighthouse Embeds Forward-Deployed Engineering Teams to Speed Hotel AI Rollouts

Lighthouse has launched Ernest Crews, a forward-deployed services and engineering model designed to embed directly within hotel organizations to integrate, customize, and deploy its AI commercial agent Ernest into daily production within 30 to 60 days. Each crew includes a Captain, Product Builder, Connector Builder, and Field Researcher to address integration challenges in hotel AI adoption.
