Shanghai Jinjiang Park's 118-Meter Ferris Wheel Breaks Ground

On August 9, construction began on a 118-meter Ferris wheel at Shanghai Jinjiang Park, expected to open in 2027. It will be China's first single-tube wheel structure exceeding 100 meters, featuring 36 panoramic cabins offering in-air dining and VIP customization, integrated with nearly 10,000 square meters of ground facilities. The project plans to distribute about 100,000 complimentary tickets to the public.
