Deep Integration Writes a New Chapter for Changchun's High-Quality Cultural Tourism Development

Changchun's vice mayor outlined the city's 'four-in-one' approach to deep cultural tourism integration: culture as soul, people's livelihood as foundation, economy as priority, and technology as empowerment.
