    Yunnan issues 20 measures to tighten tour group management

    Yunnan has issued 20 measures for strict management of tour groups, targeting four types of market participants — travel agencies, guides, charter vehicles and shopping outlets — and addressing below-cost tours, forced or induced consumption, tour reselling and group-splitting, and hidden shopping. The measures build a full-chain regulatory system.
