    On the evening of September 28, the 2026 Jiaodong Ocean Children's Festival opened in Qingdao, Shandong, themed 'Children's Voices Riding the Waves, Study Tours Setting Sail,' co-hosted by the Qingdao Culture and Tourism Bureau and Laoshan District Government. The event features a system of one opening performance, eight on-site interactive zones, and ten district/city sub-venues, running until December. Eight premium Jiaodong ocean study tour routes were released, linking Yantai, Weihai, Weifang, and Rizhao to integrate marine technology and maritime culture resources across five cities, advancing Jiaodong cultural tourism from single-point breakthroughs to cluster empowerment.
