Xiamen Launches Over 800 Cultural Tourism Events for Mid-Autumn and National Day
On 10 September, Xiamen held a press conference on autumn and Mid-Autumn/National Day holiday cultural tourism work. Su Ke, deputy director of the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said Xiamen will launch over 800 events around themes such as good fortune, drama and public-benefit performances. On 11 September, the 2026 Xiamen Mid-Autumn Tourism Carnival launched, with residents and visitors able to experience citywide mooncake gambling at metro, bus, cruise, scenic area, hotel, community and commercial venues.
